What this notice covers
This notice covers the public Ledger Rack website and membership sign-in. A client’s separate warehouse installation, employee records, inventory, and backups require the privacy and data-processing terms agreed for that client.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, warehouse count, and message. You may also provide a phone number, warehouse location, team size, current software, and areas you want to improve. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive employee or customer records in the form.
How inquiry information is used
We store inquiries so our team can respond, discuss your warehouse, and plan a possible custom build. When email delivery is configured, the request can also be sent to the team’s notification mailbox. Sending an inquiry does not create a subscription or enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Sign-in and essential cookies
Member sign-in uses credentials, email verification codes, and essential cookies to maintain a secure sign-in flow. Passwords are stored as hashes. Authentication controls retain limited challenge, session, and rate-limit records. The current website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
Service providers and connection data
Hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver the website and messages. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as IP addresses and request times; logging and storage locations depend on the deployment. We do not include an advertising-data sharing integration in this website.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry records remain stored until removed by an authorized operator; there is currently no automatic inquiry-deletion schedule. Use our contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify the request and consider any applicable recordkeeping obligations before acting.
